Expanding My Horizons

All of my life I have always lived in a way that would please my family. I never put too much thought into doing what was going to be best for me. Instead of trying to find things that interested me I tried to remain neutral and accept anything others said was best for me. Now that I am older I have decided that I am going to do what I like and what makes me smile. The first thing I changed was the type of music that I listen to. Out with the horrible pop tracks and in with the tech house. I love this type of music better because I feel it requires much more creativity. Many pop tracks are interchangeable and can be sang by anyone, but when you listen to tech house you get the feeling that you are looking deep into the soul of the creator.

Beware of Scams

I guess everyone living in this age is aware of the presence of computers and the internet. Having one is very advantageous to some and it can really help you a lot in many other ways as long as you know how to use it. You can do almost anything when you are online and when you have your own computer. You can even make your own beats on the computer. Think of how useful it is for us although it does help us in a great way we should also be alert in many ways. Though it is helpful, we also cannot deny that we can also get in trouble because of it for there are a lot of scams that are available out there. And you shouldn’t be made a victim for it for it will really be a sure loss for you. You should also be responsible when using it and make sure that what you are transacting is legit for your sake.

Boss ME-70 Review – Tons of Effects, Quality Tone and Ease of Use

The Boss ME-70 has a lot of features. More than I can go through right now in this Boss ME-70 review. I will try to do my best though. What are some of the effects included? It has a flanger, phaser, reverb, delay, chorus, distortion and so much more. One step up from the ME-50 is that the Boss ME-70 has an extra pedal. This extra pedal proves pedal when you want a few more options readily available. It also has a COSM, or composite object sound modelling. This allows you to create just about any sound you want. Dirty or clean, this feature is great. It has the ability to recreate Marshall stacks and Vintage Fenders. You can take is a step further by even choosing where to place the microphone in a digital environment. I love this feature and would consider it one of the stronger points about the Boss ME-70.

What is Your Motive for Playing Guitar?

I’ve been playing guitar for 10 years now, and I know that it’ll be a lifetime hobby of mine. I enjoy playing, and it has become part of me. I appreciate the sound of a guitar, both electric and acoustic. I’m writing this to caution people who think they would like to learn to play guitar, but don’t have the interest or drive to learn. Don’t wast your money and time till you read this. During college friends frequently asked me to teach them to play guitar. I said, “Sure, what do you want me to teach you to play.” They often responded with something such as “anything cool, just show me cool stuff.” Then I ask what they listen to that has guitar in it. “I do not know, I love everything,” they respond. And so I say, “I like blues, would you like me to teach you some blues?” Then I get a response like, “I like John Legend, he’s blues, right?” The one person that I know actually continued and learned to play named several guitarists she liked before learning, even though they weren’t my favorites. She asked for a better guitar for Christmas from her parents after borrowing one of mine a few months. So what Is your motive for playing guitar? I think guitar superstars.
