Facebook is a complete waste of time and energy when it isn’t working as it should. Facebook is when it works a great tool to keep in touch with friends and relatives and to find people that you lost touch with over the years (although if you lost touch, were you ever that bothered about them). But once something breaks or stops working as it should (or how you’ve become accustomed to it) it is not worth putting any effort into getting it resolved as facebook support is anything but support. They have an entire help center with pre-written contact forms all relating to a specific issue, but if you have an issue that isn’t on their list of problems there isn’t anyway you can get hold of them. Also some of the forms are insanely difficult to find. If you do manage to find a form that suits the particular problem you’re having, they ask for details on half of them that you can’t get without having access to another facebook profile, and then the responces are automated pre-set responces, great help. In short facebook is rubbish.
